Biographical Info


Andrew George is a National Science Foundation postdoctoral fellow at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago. In this position, he is studying the impacts of national park protection status on fish and frog diversity in Amazonian Peru. Andrew received his PhD in Integrative Biology from the University of Chicago in 2020. He is passionate about communicating science with the public and works with the Field Museum’s education department to design and implement interactive learning experiences for museum visitors and the broader Chicago community.
